Ah, the golden rule, which applies to so much and never steers us wrong. Smartgility is here to help you win, because ultimately your success equals our success. This also means that we’ll be as honest and transparent as possible. It means we’ll be respectful, trustworthy, and a pleasure to work with. It means that we care about the work we do and how we do it. We would like for you to really really really like us when the project is over, and we will go the extra mile to do it.
Rule #2 Be Really Good At What You Do
As a colleague once told me, “Don’t suck!” Yes, we will not only, “not suck”, but be knowledgeable, fast, and smart. We want to deliver solid, tested, beautiful code. We will always strive to keep up to date on best practices and the latest tools. We want to be sharp, and make sure we live up to the “smart” in Smartgility. We would like to be known for high quality work because at the end of the day, we’re just freakin’ good at what we do.
